§ How every lot is tested
Trenta Medical synthesises and nitrogen-seals the compound. Before any box ships, we coordinate independent testing with Janoshik Analytical, an HPLC purity assay targeting ≥ 99.5% and a separate pH test, and publish both PDFs to the COA library before the lot goes live for purchase. No paywall, no request form, no vendor-supplied “internal COA”: every certificate is public, dated, and signed by Janoshik.
§ Why verification matters
Counterfeit peptides are the single biggest risk in independent research supply. The knock-off market copies packaging, invents lot numbers, and even reprints authentic-looking COAs pulled from other vendors. A verification code you can check against the lot itself is the only unbiased way to know the vial in your hand came off the same production line as the certificate attached to it. Every PepDirect kit, pen or raw vial, ships with a unique scratch-off code printed on the outer box.
§ What a verification returns
When you enter a code we tell you three things: whether the code is genuine and matches a real Trenta Medical production lot; whether it has been verified before (a first-check versus a repeat scan, repeat scans are logged and rate-limited so the same code can't silently be resold on multiple boxes); and the direct link to that specific lot's HPLC purity certificate and independent pH test, both signed by Janoshik Analytical. If a code is flagged for any reason, the response also carries an explicit alert with a Telegram contact so we can help resolve it immediately.
§ If a code doesn't verify
Not-found and flagged results are treated as customer-support incidents, not user errors. Message us on contact with a photo of the label and the code you entered, and we'll cross-check it against the lot register. Bad codes on a genuine box are almost always print/scan issues we can resolve inside a day; genuinely counterfeit product triggers a full refund plus a replacement from a fresh lot at our cost.
