§ What we help with

PepDirect is the authorised D2C distributor for Trenta Medical. Our contact desk handles pre-order compound questions (structure, storage, dosing precision on the pen kits), lot and COA queries, payment questions (crypto and pay-by-bank), shipping status, cold-chain concerns, and replacement or refund requests. Real humans read every message, this is not a shared inbox or a chatbot.

§ Response times & hours

Telegram is the fastest route, typical reply inside two hours during working days (09:00–18:00 UK time). Email replies land the same day for anything sent before 15:00 UK, otherwise the next morning. For an active dispatch (paid, awaiting shipment) reply straight to your order confirmation email and it will route to a named team member, not a general queue.

§ Lot verification & authenticity

Every kit ships with a scratch-off verification code, enter it at /verify to confirm the lot is genuine and pull up its HPLC and pH certificates. See the authenticity walkthrough for what a real box looks like, or browse every published certificate in the COA library. If a code is missing, scuffed, or already used before you unboxed it, message us on Telegram with a photo of the label and we'll open a replacement or full refund with no questions asked.
